Winning takes preparation. My wife, Susan, and I interviewed Tracy, along with a few others, in our search for the perfect agent to represent us and sell our home. Tracy was prepared for the interview, did great and was hired. She was then prepared to sell the home, and did just that. We are a three-time repeat client, as Tracy has helped us buy two homes and sell one, which was only on the market for five days, due to her masterful marketing plan, pre-marketing through Compass, and outstanding staging and pictures that also included amazing aerial views via a drone. On the buying side, Tracy knows how to get a deal done, even when working with tight budgets, sweetening offers in low-cost ways that appeal to sellers, and bringing a personal touch with letters to the sellers from both her and the buyers. Tracy has an innate sense of the market, knows what it takes to close a deal, and also has a great way of working with people - she has an extensive network and we noticed that everyone loves working with her (e.g., other agents, handyman, various home inspectors). We've learned to trust her judgment and she'd be the first person we call if we'd ever have to buy another home in the area.

I am a real estate broker myself but chose to use someone else to help me sell and purchase my homes as I had retired from real estate several years prior. Tracy was recommended by my best friend that works with Tracy on a regular basis. I had worked as an Office Manager and then Risk Management Supervisor. The best I have ever seen or worked with - went the extra mile many times. Tracy actually crawled under our (dirty) outside deck looking for our sewer lateral! She did the extra touches to make the house more attractive - landscaping, flowers, Christmas wreath on the door, expert advise on staging and interior improvements, etc. She did a masterful job in managing my expectations with insightful rationale. Tracy attended all meetings - the notary said Tracy is the only realtor she has worked with that attended that signing - and a good thing she did because an issue came up with my bank (having to do with our Trust) which Tracy took care of, which eliminated significant delays in closing.
